Nexphoria products are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Resale or transfer to consumers is prohibited.

Buyer Eligibility

By placing an order you certify that you (i) are 21 years of age or older, (ii) are a qualified researcher or licensed research entity located in the United States, and (iii) will use all products solely for in-vitro laboratory research. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Controlled Substances

Nexphoria does not sell DEA-scheduled controlled substances. All peptides offered are non-scheduled research compounds. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States.
