Refund policy

## Returns & Refunds Nexphoria products are research-use chemicals shipped under controlled cold-chain conditions. We accept returns only in the following cases: - The shipment was damaged in transit (notify within 48 hours of delivery, photo required). - The product was incorrectly fulfilled (wrong SKU, wrong quantity). - A Certificate of Analysis discrepancy is reported within 14 days of receipt. Unopened, intact vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund less shipping. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned for safety reasons. To request a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and lot number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
