Purchasers represent and warrant that products will be handled, stored, and used in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice. **Eligibility.** Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and conducting bona fide laboratory research. Nexphoria reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order. **Pricing and availability.** All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products. **Payment.** Payment is processed at order placement. Wire transfer, cryptocurrency, and approved card payment methods are accepted. **Liability.** Nexphoria's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
