GLP-1 therapy is prescribed after your doctor reviews you.

Metabolic therapy is dosed by a licensed physician from your questionnaire and your baseline blood work, then adjusted from your week-12 panel. Eligibility depends on your medical history and your state. Begin with a structured intake; if a protocol is appropriate, your doctor will prescribe it.

A physician on the Nexphoria review network

Every Vitality prescription is written by a licensed U.S. physician who has reviewed your health questions.

    The Nexphoria clinical standard

    Asked plainly, answered plainly

    Is Vitality FDA-approved?

Compounded Vitality is prepared for you by a licensed 503A pharmacy under a physician's prescription, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Where a branded, FDA-approved version of the active ingredient exists, that approval does not extend to the compounded preparation. Compounded medications are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

    Do I need a prescription?

Yes. A licensed U.S. physician reviews your health questions and writes the prescription if it is right for you. Everything happens online.

    What bloodwork is required?

A free at-home blood kit ships with your first order, so your physician sets your Vitality dose against your numbers. At week 12, the same full panel is drawn again, included, and your dose is adjusted from what changed.

What should I expect in the first weeks?

Dose 1: About an hour ahead. Works the same day. Everyone responds differently, which is why your blood panel at week 12 is part of the plan and your dose is adjusted from it.

Why can't I just add it to a cart?

GLP-1 medication is dosed and increased step by step by your physician, based on your health history. Answer a few health questions first; if it is right for you, your physician prescribes it.
