How it works
A few drops, a prepaid box, a physician's note.
Test at home.
At home. The kit holds everything, with a prepaid return box. If a marker needs a full draw, we arrange one at a partner site near you.
Mail it back.
Seal the prepaid box and drop it in the post. The laboratory is CLIA-certified.
Read, then dosed.
Your results land in your account with your physician's note. Your dose is set against your numbers.
What we test
24 markers. Every one has a reason.
One panel, the same for everyone, built around what a peptide plan can move. Open a system to see each marker and why your physician reads it.
Sugar and insulin3 markers
HbA1c
Your three-month blood sugar average. The clearest single picture of metabolic change.
Fasting glucose
Blood sugar on the day, read with HbA1c.
Fasting insulin
How hard your body works to manage sugar. Often the first thing to move.
Cholesterol and heart6 markers
Total cholesterol
The headline number your doctor tracks over time.
LDL cholesterol
The fraction most linked to heart risk.
HDL cholesterol
The protective fraction.
Triglycerides
Blood fats. Tesamorelin and weight change move this.
Apolipoprotein B
A more precise count of the particles that carry cholesterol.
hs-CRP
Low-grade inflammation, which often falls as metabolic health improves.
Liver, kidneys and pancreas3 markers
ALT and AST
Liver enzymes. The liver processes your medication.
Creatinine and eGFR
Kidney function.
Lipase
A pancreas marker. GLP-1 medicines can strain the pancreas, so your doctor watches it.
Hormones8 markers
IGF-1
The signal growth-hormone peptides raise. Tesamorelin's dose is set and capped against it.
Total testosterone
Energy, muscle and desire all run through it.
Free testosterone
The part your body can actually use.
Estradiol
Balance matters in men and women both.
SHBG
The carrier protein that decides how much hormone is free.
TSH
Thyroid function, which affects weight and energy on its own.
Free T4
The active thyroid hormone, read with TSH.
Cortisol
Stress hormone. Context for sleep, appetite and recovery.
Blood and nutrients4 markers
Complete blood count
Red cells, white cells and platelets. A general health check.
Ferritin
Iron stores, which drive energy.
Vitamin D
Low in most adults, and easy to fix.
Vitamin B12
Energy and nerve function.

Add the tests your plan calls for.
Each add-on is drawn from the same kit and read in the same note. Your physician may recommend one from your results; you can add any of them now.
When you test
Baseline first. Then the same panel, so you see what changed.
Before your first dose
Your baseline. The kit ships with your first order; you draw at home before you start.
Complimentary with every first order
Week 12
The same panel again, beside your baseline, so your physician doses from what changed.
Included on plans of three months and longer
Month 6
Your optimization panel, once the plan has had time to work.
Included on six- and twelve-month terms
Every quarter
A panel each quarter, for the length of the plan.
Included on the twelve-month term
Any time
A further panel, whenever you or your physician want one.
$99 for anyone on a plan
Your results
Written for you, in plain words.
Every marker sits beside its range and, from week 12 on, beside your baseline. Your physician's note says what is in range, what moved, and what changes in your plan because of it.
Questions
Asked plainly, answered plainly.
Is it included?
Yes. The panel is complimentary with your first medication order, and the same panel is drawn again at week 12 on plans of three months and longer. On its own it is $149, and a further panel for anyone on a plan is $99.
Do I need to fast?
Draw in the morning before you eat, so sugar, insulin and cholesterol read true. The kit says so on the lid.
How long do results take?
Results land in your account within days of the laboratory receiving your sample, with your physician's note.
Who reads it?
A licensed U.S. physician of Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC reads every marker against your plan and writes a note in plain words: what is in range, what moved, and what changes.
Can I use recent results from my own doctor?
Often, yes. If you have results from a CLIA-certified laboratory from the last few months, your physician may use them as your baseline. Upload them with your health questions.
Can I add tests later?
Yes. Add-ons can be added to any panel, including the ones already included in your plan, and your physician may recommend one from your results.
