    Physician review

    A licensed physician
    reads your file.

Every peptide protocol is reviewed by a board-certified, U.S.-licensed physician against your bloodwork, and signed by a doctor licensed in your state. No algorithms, no auto-approval.

A board-certified physician reviewing a 99-biomarker peptide lab panel before prescribing

    Labs before your prescription

Your physician reads a 99-biomarker panel before writing anything.

Peptide medicine is precision pharmacology. A physician on the network does not prescribe from a questionnaire — your dose is calibrated against your measured IGF-1, metabolic, and hormonal markers, then monitored and adjusted every 90 days.

    Our standards

    Every physician on the network
    meets this standard.

Every prescribing physician is U.S.-licensed, board-certified and DEA-registered, and holds a current licence in the state where you live. Each one reviews actual laboratory results before issuing a prescription; an intake questionnaire on its own is never enough to prescribe against.

    • Board certification required

Every prescribing physician holds active board certification. We treat that as the floor to practice here, and start from it.

    • Laboratory review mandatory before any Rx

A CLIA-certified partner-laboratory panel must be on file. No prescription precedes labs.

    • Licensed in your state of residence

Physician licensure is state-specific. Members are matched to a physician licensed in their state.

    • DEA registration active and current

Required to prescribe within the formulary.

    • Case review against current literature

Active protocols are reviewed against updated clinical literature on a rolling 90-day cycle.

"Peptide medicine is precision pharmacology — labs, dosing, monitoring, and a physician who understands your individual baseline. Without all four, it is guesswork with a syringe."

    How review works

    Three steps.
    Zero algorithmic shortcuts.

    01

    Labs First

A 99-biomarker panel drawn at a CLIA-certified partner laboratory is required before any prescription. Your physician will not prescribe based on symptoms alone. The panel covers hormones, metabolic markers, inflammation, cardiovascular markers, and organ function.

    02

    Physician Review

A board-certified physician reads your full panel and intake themselves. They look for absolute contraindications, relative cautions, and protocol optimization against your own baseline. You are notified when review is complete.

    03

    Telehealth Consult

Your consult is scheduled through our licensed telehealth partner. Your physician finalizes your protocol, sets dose parameters, and answers clinical questions. Ongoing secure portal messaging is available between consult cycles.

Your physician review is included with every protocol. Take the assessment and our team will match you with a physician licensed in your state.
