    No black box. Here is exactly how your intake becomes a protocol — and the point at which a physician can decline. Payment follows the prescription.

    1. The moment you submit

      Your intake reaches a physician

      Your history and, where provided, your prior labs are routed to a board-certified, U.S.-licensed physician of Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC. Not a questionnaire score — a clinician reads it.

    2. Within a few business days

      The physician makes a decision

      They determine whether a protocol is appropriate. If it is, you receive a secure approval and a final payment link by email. If it isn't, they tell you so — and there is no charge.

      No charge unless a physician prescribes.

    3. If prescribed

      Bloodwork, then compounding

      Baseline bloodwork is ordered to a partner laboratory near you. Once your panel is read, your protocol is compounded in a state-licensed 503A pharmacy under USP <797> and shipped cold-chain to all 50 states.

    4. Every 90 days, ongoing

      The same markers, re-read

      Your panel is re-drawn each quarter. Your physician reads the trend against your protocol and adjusts, holds, or stops. Nothing continues on assumption — the change is proven, not presumed.
